Siamora works because people are real and treat each other well. These guidelines apply to profiles, photos and chats. Breaking them can cost you your account — see the Public Offer.
Be yourself
- Use recent photos that actually show you, with your face visible in your main photo.
- Give your real age and use one account. One person, one profile.
- Do not use someone else’s photos, and do not pretend to be a person you are not.
- Verification is optional, but it is the simplest way to show that you are real.
Be respectful
- No harassment, no insults, no threats, no stalking.
- No hate speech or attacks based on nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or health status.
- If someone stops replying, unmatches or blocks you, that is their answer. Let it go.
- Disagreements happen. Rudeness, pressure and revenge do not belong here.
Keep it clean
- No nudity, sexual acts or sexualised images of any kind in profile photos.
- Never send sexual photos or messages to someone who has not clearly welcomed them.
- Do not share private photos or screenshots of chats with anyone else. What happens in a chat stays between the two of you.
- No violence, gore, weapons, drugs or content that glorifies self-harm.
Nothing illegal
Content that is illegal in Thailand or in the country Siamora is run from is not allowed, wherever you are:
- Nothing prohibited by the law of Thailand or of the country Siamora is run from — including content that insults the monarchy or a religion.
- No extremist or terrorist materials or symbols, and no calls for violence or war.
- No gambling or betting, and no selling drugs (including cannabis), e-cigarettes, alcohol, weapons or other regulated goods.
- No sexual harassment, in chats or anywhere else.
- No obscene language in your nickname, bio or photos.
We remove such content, may ban the account, and pass it to the authorities where the law requires us to.
No scams or money requests
Romance scams are the most common danger on any dating app. On Siamora:
- Never send money, crypto, gift cards or bank details to someone you have not met in person — no matter how convincing the story is.
- Be sceptical of anyone who quickly moves the conversation to another app, falls in love within a day, has an emergency that needs money, or invites you into an “investment opportunity”.
- Do not ask other users for money or donations, and do not advertise services or sell anything here.
- If someone asks you for money or data, report them. You may be saving somebody else too.
No minors
Siamora is strictly for people aged 18 and over.
If a profile looks underage, do not chat with it — report it immediately using the “Underage” reason. We remove such accounts, and we treat any sexual content involving minors as a matter for the authorities.
Safety tips for meeting in person
- Have a video call or at least a voice call before you meet.
- Meet in a public place the first few times, and stay in public.
- Tell a friend or family member where you are going, with whom, and when you expect to be back.
- Arrange your own transport there and back, so you can leave whenever you want.
- Keep your phone charged, and keep an eye on your drink.
- Stay sober enough to make good decisions.
- Do not share your home address, workplace, bank details or documents early on.
- If you feel uncomfortable, leave. You never owe anyone an explanation.
Emergency numbers in Thailand: Tourist Police 1155, Police 191, Ambulance and rescue 1669.
How to report and block
In a profile or a chat, tap ⋯ and choose Report or Block.
When reporting, pick the reason that fits best: spam, harassment, fake profile, inappropriate photos, underage, or other. You can add a comment — details help us a lot. If you report a message, we see that message.
Blocking is immediate: blocked people can no longer see your profile or write to you, and you will not see them either.
What happens after a report
Our team reviews every report. Depending on what we find, we may remove the content, reset or hide a profile, limit the account, or ban it permanently. Serious cases go to the authorities.
We never tell the reported person who reported them. If you are in danger, contact the local police first, then tell us at support@siamora.net so that we can act on the account.
