1. General provisions
1.1. This public offer (user agreement, hereinafter the "Agreement") is an offer by Siamora (hereinafter the "Administration"), to conclude an agreement on the use of the Siamora mobile application and the siamora.net website (hereinafter together the "Service") on the terms set out below.
1.2. The offer is accepted by creating an account in the Service — with an email address or with Sign in with Apple. From that moment the agreement is deemed concluded, and the person who created the account becomes the User. Acceptance must be full and unconditional.
1.3. The Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines form an integral part of the Agreement.
1.4. If the User does not accept the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the Service.
1.5. The Agreement is effective from October 23, 2026.
2. Who may use the Service
2.1. The Service may be used only by a person who:
- is 18 years of age or older;
- uses one account, and that account is for them alone;
- has not been banned from the Service before;
- has never been convicted of a sexual offence;
- is allowed by the law of their country to use a service like this one.
2.2. By creating an account, the User confirms that they meet all the requirements of clause 2.1.
3. The User's account
3.1. The User undertakes to give accurate information: their real age, their own name or nickname, and photos that actually show them.
3.2. Using someone else's photos or pretending to be another person is prohibited.
3.3. The User keeps their login details safe and is responsible for everything that happens under their account.
3.4. The User can sign in to the Service with an email and password, or with Sign in with Apple. If the User uses Apple's private relay address, they must keep it working: that address is how the Administration reaches the User.
3.5. If the User thinks someone else is using their account, they must report it to support@siamora.net.
4. How the Service works
4.1. The Service gives Users the technical means to find people nearby and communicate with them. The Administration is not a party to the relations between Users and does not arrange their meetings.
4.2. The main features of the Service:
- people nearby appear as a grid, ordered mostly by distance and recent activity;
- tapping ♥ is a like, and a like opens the chat right away — there is no need to wait for a match;
- when two Users like each other it becomes a match;
- tapping ✕ is a pass: that profile is hidden from the User for 7 days;
- the User can unmatch, block or hide a chat at any time; unmatching ends the conversation for both sides;
- selfie verification is optional and gives a verified profile a check mark.
4.3. To run the Service and keep it safe, the Administration also reviews reports and moderates content, answers Users' support requests, and collects crash reports and technical logs — see the Privacy Policy.
4.4. The Service is in beta. Features of the Service may change, appear or disappear; the Administration may limit or suspend parts of it for maintenance.
5. The User's content
5.1. The User keeps all rights to the photos, texts and messages they put into the Service.
5.2. The User grants the Administration a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, resize and display their content, solely for the purpose of operating the Service and showing the content to the people it is meant for. The Administration does not use the User's content for advertising and does not license it to anyone else.
5.3. This licence ends when the User deletes the content or their account, except for copies the Administration keeps for the limited periods described in the Privacy Policy: for example, messages that are already in someone else's chat, or material attached to a report.
5.4. The User confirms that they have the right to share the content they upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Lawful use and rules of conduct
6.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organise or facilitate unlawful activity. The User undertakes to use the Service only within the applicable law and the Community Guidelines.
6.2. The User must not:
- stalk, intimidate, threaten or bully anyone;
- post hate speech or attack people for who they are;
- post nudity or sexual content in photos, or send sexual content to someone who has not asked for it;
- run scams, ask other Users for money, crypto or gift cards, or phish for their data;
- advertise, sell services, solicit paid sexual services, or use the Service for commercial purposes;
- impersonate another person or create fake profiles;
- involve anyone under 18 in any way, or post content involving minors;
- share other people's private information, or share private chats or photos publicly;
- post or send anything prohibited by the law of the country where the Administration operates or by the law of the country where the User or the person they are talking to is located — including Thailand;
- post extremist or terrorist materials or symbols, or call for violence or war;
- promote gambling or betting, or sell or offer drugs (including cannabis), e-cigarettes, alcohol, weapons or other regulated goods;
- sexually harass anyone;
- use obscene language in their nickname, bio or photos;
- post content that is illegal in Thailand, such as content that insults the monarchy or a religion.
6.3. The User is responsible for the lawfulness of their actions in the Service and for the content they post.
7. Moderation and restriction of access
7.1. The Administration reviews reports sent by Users and acts on violations it finds itself.
7.2. The Administration may remove content, hide or reset a profile, limit what an account can do, or suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service in the event of:
- a breach of the Agreement or the Community Guidelines;
- abuse being detected, including actions that put other Users or the Service at risk;
- a requirement of the law.
7.3. The Administration may report serious cases to the competent public authorities.
7.4. Restriction of access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.
7.5. The Administration does not tell the reported User who reported them. If the User believes a decision is wrong, they can write to support@siamora.net, and a member of the Administration's staff will look at it again.
8. Safety and offline meetings
8.1. The Service is a way to meet people, not a safety guarantee.
8.2. The Administration does not run criminal background checks or identity checks on Users. Verification only compares a selfie with a profile photo: it says the photos show the same person, and says nothing about who that person is or how they behave.
8.3. The User decides who they talk to and who they meet, and is responsible for their own actions, both in the Service and outside it. Before meeting anyone in person, the User is advised to read the safety tips in the Community Guidelines.
9. Intellectual property
9.1. The Siamora app, the siamora.net website, their design, software code, texts, logo and the Siamora name are protected by intellectual property law and belong to the Administration or are used by it lawfully.
9.2. The User must not copy, distribute, resell, decompile or otherwise use the Service and its materials beyond ordinary use of the app, or collect data from the Service and about other Users with bots, scrapers or other automated tools.
9.3. Infringement of intellectual property rights may lead to restriction of access to the Service.
10. Paid features and refunds
10.1. The Service is free during the beta: the grid, likes, matches and chat cost nothing.
10.2. If paid features are introduced in the Service, their price and terms will be shown before payment. Purchases are billed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, and those stores' refund rules apply to them; the Administration does not receive or store the User's payment details.
11. Disclaimers
11.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
11.2. To the extent the law allows, the Administration does not guarantee:
- that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure against every attack;
- that the Service will meet the User's expectations;
- that the User will meet anyone;
- that other Users are who they say they are.
12. Limitation of liability
12.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Administration is not liable for:
- indirect, incidental or consequential damage, including lost profits and lost data;
- the actions or inaction of other Users and third parties, whether in the Service or outside it;
- temporary technical failures and restrictions of access.
12.2. Nothing in the Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Termination of the agreement
13.1. The User can stop using the Service and delete their account at any time — see the account deletion page. Deleting the account terminates the agreement.
13.2. The Administration may terminate the agreement unilaterally in the cases listed in clause 7.2. Where it is reasonable and lawful, the Administration tells the User why.
14. Governing law and disputes
14.1. The Agreement is governed by the law of the country where the Administration is located, and disputes are subject to the courts of that country.
14.2. If the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where the User lives apply to them, this clause does not take that protection away, and the User may also bring a claim before the courts of the place where they live.
14.3. Before going to court, the parties seek to resolve a dispute through negotiation: the User should first write to support@siamora.net.
15. Changes to the terms
15.1. The Administration may amend the Agreement — for example, when features of the Service change or the law does.
15.2. The current version of the Agreement is published on this page with a new effective date. The Administration notifies Users in the app of material changes before they take effect.
15.3. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means that the User accepts the new version of the Agreement.
16. Contact information
16.1. Administration: Siamora.
16.2. The User can contact support with any questions: support@siamora.net.
